Immigrant Visas

I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status to Permanent Residence

After verifying with attorney that client is eligible to adjust based on an approved or approvable I-130, I-140 or I-360, and that visa priority date is current, we will:

  • Prepare applicable forms
  • Draft supporting letter
  • Assemble entire application along with supporting evidence including exhibit tabs for attorney’s review and signatures

Labor Certification PERM

  • Filing Prevailing Wage Request based on job description and requirements provided by Attorney
  • Arrange for publication of job advertisement in appropriate newspapers, journals, magazines, etc. (advertisements must be paid by client)
  • Preparation of summary of recruitment results and submit application to the Department of Labor, upon completion of recruitment
  • Preparation of Audit File evidence for attorney review, in case an audit is issued

Employment Based I-140 Petitions

  • Preparation of I-140 petition (EB1, EB2, EB3) and supplementary forms
  • Assembling of petition with supporting evidence for attorney review

Family Based I-130 Petitions

  • Preparation of visa I-130 petition with supporting evidence and supplementary forms for attorney review and signatures
  • Preparation of I-751 Petition Removal of Conditions on Residence forms
  • Assembling of supporting evidence for attorney review and signatures

Consular Processing

  • Preparation of Packet 3 from the National Visa Center after approval of an I-130, I-140 or I-360 petition for attorney review, and signature
  • Assembling of immigrant visa application for interview after obtaining documents from law firm’s office
  • Finalize application for client so that attorney can prepare applicant before appearing to the US Consulate interview
