Terms of Service

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept there terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

A confidentiality agreement is required between law firm and Immigration Document Solutions, LLC upon beginning business relationship.

All paralegal work will be performed under the supervision of an immigration attorney, who will give legal advice to clients and the immigration strategy of each case.

Immigration Document Solutions, LLC is an immigration paralegal services provider. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. Our paralegal services are directed to licensed attorneys, who are in good standing, practicing Immigration and Naturalization Law in the United States, requiring assistance with immigration assignments, projects, translations and notarization services. Our Pricing and Fees

Our paralegal services are priced on competitive flat fees depending on the type of immigration case or project.

All paralegal work requires 50% payment upon law firm assigning case. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of paralegal work. EXCEPTION: PERM cases require 50% payment to begin paralegal work, 25% at the end of the advertising stage, and 25% upon filing Form ETA-9089.

An additional flat fee of $500 per case will apply for law firms requiring paralegal communication with its clients via phone, email or Skype regarding procurement of documents, information needed and follow-ups for case completion.

All fees paid are non-refundable. Fees may be increased if assignment requires additional work outside of the scope of work already agreed; however, we will never bill you for work that has not been discussed and agreed upon.

Paralegal fees do not include filing fees which are imposed by the U.S. government. FedEx/UPS/DHL or USPS Shipping costs are not included. Advertisement costs for PERM cases are not included.

Immigration Document Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change its flat fees as it deems appropriate, with or without notice.

Checks or Money Orders may be paid to: Immigration Document Solutions, LLC. Electronic payments are also accepted.
